High Protein Chicken Yiros

Description
Ummm... chicken yiros but make it DELICIOUS AND high protein? Yeah, we're in. 584cal 9g fat 58g protein 63g carbs 5.4g fibre
Ingredients
360g chicken breast, raw, sliced into strips
Olive oil, to cook
Seasonings (to taste) salt, pepper, dried oregano
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tomato, sliced thinly
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/2 brown onion
100g tzatziki (high protein yoghurt used)
3/4 cup high protein yoghurt
1 cup self raising flour
1 tsp greek seasoning
Spray oil
Tzatziki recipe (if needed)
Ingredients:
500g High protein Greek yoghurt
1 Lebanese cucumber, grated and water squeezed out
2-3 garlic cloves
Salt (to taste)
Cooking Directions
- In a small bowl, add chicken breast, a drizzle of olive oil and a good sprinkle of salt, pepper, oregano and crushed garlic cloves. Mix well, and make sure it’s coated with the seasoning.
- In a non stick pan, spray with olive oil and cook the chicken breast until nice and golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, add the protein yoghurt, flour and greek seasoning and mix well. Dust a bench top with more SR flour, and pour the yoghurt mixture out onto the bench. Knead the dough until it forms a ball. If It's still sticky, add more flour to the bench.
- Split the dough into 2 balls. Each ball, knead a little and then begin to roll out with a rolling pin until super thin like a wrap!
- Heat a small splash of olive oil on a small pan over medium heat. Transfer the flat bread into the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until lightly brown and then flip and cook on the other side.
- Once cooked, transfer to a sheet of baking paper and build your yiros! Starting with the tzatziki, chicken, tomato, lettuce and brown onion. Wrap and eat!
