Jack is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Masters-level qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics, additional sports nutrition training, Level 1 Anthropometrist status, and is also a qualified Personal Trainer. This mix means he understands both the science of body composition and the reality of training in the gym or at home. He can support clients in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, making it easier to apply BARE in a culturally relevant way. Sally is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a strong background in meal planning in the aged care and food industry—and she’s an absolute spreadsheet and data-analysis whiz. She loves crunching the numbers on your nutrition, ensuring your plan is not only practical but also backed by accurate data: energy, protein, fibre and micronutrients all aligned to your goals and clinical needs.

With her personal experience of allergies, Sally is particularly talented at manipulating meals to work around food limitations without making you feel like you’re missing out. She’ll help you and your support team (or family) find clever ways to keep meals safe, enjoyable and effective. If you need nutrition that is clinically precise, allergy-aware and still genuinely delicious, Sally is your gun in the background making sure every detail stacks up for you.

Tracy is skilled at aligning your meal plan with medical needs and medications.
